Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.;
Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor credentials, and documenting arrivals and departures.;
Respond to incidents and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate details to site contacts and emergency personnel.;
Answer phones and support lobby operations, helping deter unauthorized access by maintaining awareness of front desk activity.;
Complete logs, incident reports, and other documentation related to front desk operations and security activities in a timely manner.
