Sr Field Service Fire Technician - Dallas TX (Finance)

As a Sr Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide high-level technical support and service to our customers, ensuring the optimal performance of Honeywell products and systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, perform maintenance and repairs, and provide training and guidance to customers and junior technicians. Your expertise and dedication will drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of our service operations.

You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Dallas, TX location on a Remote work schedule.

In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by providing high-quality service and technical support, ensuring that our field service operations meet the highest standards.

• Participate in Field Service team activities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, predominantly on overnight schedules
• Perform periodic tests and inspections on fire alarm systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve faults in fire alarm components in the field
• Understanding of Codes & Standards:
  Knowledge of fire safety regulations that govern system performance and compliance as
• Documentation & Reporting:
  Maintain detailed records of inspections, tests, configurations, and service actions.
• Comply with all procedures and Honeywell processes, including monthly HSE reporting and timely submission of timesheets

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a field service technician, with a focus on fire protection systems.
• Texas FAL-Card (Fire Protection) Certification or able to obtain within 30 days
  .
• Valid Driver's License required to travel within the jobsite
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients.

• Familiarity with basic computer software and tools for reporting.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Commitment to continuous learning, including the ability to obtain NICET 1 certification within 90 days of employment
