Key Responsibilities- Install, troubleshoot, and optimize DDC systems.
- Ensure controls, sensors, and software run right while configuring trends and alarms.
- Maintain accurate construction records and communicate project status clearly to the team and customers.
- Travel as needed and stay adaptable to changing schedules and project locations to keep field operations on track.
- Sharpen your skills through self‑directed learning and seek out system complexity to take on more responsibility as you advance.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid, current Driver’s License and be insurable by the company’s insurance carrier.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as squatting and climbing for extended periods.
- Capable of working over 8 feet above grade and proficient in the use of ladders and motorized lift equipment.
- Degree or Technical Certificate in HVAC, Controls, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of BAS integration and TCP/IP networking (including wireless).
- Ability to explain technical info to non‑technical people and work well within a team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications.
The annual salary for this position is between $43,500.00 - $87,500.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate.
Other CompensationThis position may be entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
