Job Overview
- Daily routine of scaffolding structures at professional venues (football, soccer stadiums, baseball fields, tennis courts, golf courses, hockey rinks, racetracks, etc.).
- Crews of no more than 5 employees that travel together from job to job.
- Full‑time, consistent and year‑round work without uncertainty about next assignment.
- Work environment is primarily outdoors.
- Overnight travel is routine; may be away from home for 90+ days at a time.
- Travel accommodations and hotel lodging provided by InProduction; two crew members per room.

- Growth and opportunity to advance to Crew Lead, Foreman, Project Manager, and other roles.
- Build and break down scaffolds; install ladders, walkways, and handrails.
- Assist in safe and efficient installation/removal of equipment in accordance with project plans and layouts.
- Inspect all scaffold components prior to assembly.
- Clean and prepare construction sites, removing debris and materials.
- Load and unload equipment and materials from trucks and vehicles.
- Study plans and equipment lists prior to on‑site installation.
- Ensure appropriate safety measures are followed, including wearing and using safety equipment.
- Maintain fall protection requirements while erecting or dismantling scaffolds.
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment at the end of each shift.
- Ensure full client satisfaction with the quality and timeliness of the finished product.
- Perform other duties as required.
- Background check and drug screening required.
- Valid driver’s license preferred, with a good driving record.
- Familiar with basic hand tools, drills, saws, hammers, etc.
- Comfortable with heights.
- Creative problem‑solver able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to work both independently and within a team to achieve company goals.
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Can read and understand basic safety instructions.
- Preferred experience in scaffolding, carpentry, construction, labor or events.
- Must be able to work overtime.
- Preferred but not required: bilingual (English/Spanish).
