This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Foreman based in Dallas, TX. The Site Foreman will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensure project timelines are met, and coordinate the work of different teams. They will be responsible for supervising site personnel and contractors, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and maintaining equipment and tools. The role also involves managing materials, reading and interpreting blueprints, and providing clear communication to project stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Proven Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and coordinating activities on job sites
  • Proficiency in operating and managing Heavy Equipment relevant to site work
  • Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
  • Proficient skills in Carpentry relevant to structural installations or manufacturing requirements
  • Experience in Maintenance of tools, equipment, and overall job site
  • Familiarity with local safety and building codes
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications are a plus
  • Experience in electrical or construction projects is an advantage
