Controls Service Tech
Location: Richardson, TX
Pay Range: $35-$50/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (with occasional overtime/weekends)

What You'll Do- Service, troubleshoot, and repair Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS)
- Diagnose and resolve issues with HVAC controls and DDC systems
- Support integration and programming of control systems
- Assist with larger projects alongside engineering and project teams
- Work with platforms such as:
- Tridium Niagara
- Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Distech, ABB

- 3+ years of experience with DDC/BAS systems
- Strong troubleshooting and programming skills (ladder logic/PLC/DDC)
- Experience with major controls platforms (Distech, Honeywell, Johnson, ABB, etc.)
- Niagara/N4 certification (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
