Location:
Dallas-Fort Worth Metro Area | Full-Time
Compensation: $35.00-$45.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule:Monday - Friday | Full-Time

As the Install Manager, you'll oversee commercial HVAC controls installation projects from the field, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams while providing leadership and support to installation technicians.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and lead field crews on commercial HVAC controls and building automation installations
- Review project drawings to plan conduit routing, control panel locations, and installation methods
- Coordinate daily activities with general contractors, mechanical contractors, and other trades
- Monitor project schedules, labor, and material usage to keep projects on track
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications
- Coach, train, and develop installation technicians to strengthen team performance
- Promote a safe work environment while ensuring company policies and jobsite safety standards are followed
- Five or more years of experience installing HVAC controls or building automation systems
- Previous experience supervising installation crews or managing field operations
- Strong understanding of DDC systems, low-voltage wiring, and installation best practices
- Ability to interpret mechanical and electrical drawings, submittals, and sequences of operation
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
