Brunel is seeking an experienced Transformer Installation – Field Service Manager to lead and scale our high-voltage installation and commissioning operations. You will build and manage field teams, set standards, and oversee safety, quality, and schedule across multiple projects.
The role requires 10–15+ years in transformer installation and field service, 5+ years in leadership, OSHA
10/30, and willingness to travel. You will develop SOPs, mentor staff, and drive KPI-driven performance.
