Restoration Technician

We are looking to hire a dependable, hardworking water damage restoration technician to join our team! If you enjoy hands‑on work, take pride in helping people in difficult situations, aren't afraid to get dirty (sometimes) and have a drive to propel yourself into the next big step, we'd love to hear from you.

• Respond to residential and commercial water damage emergencies
• Extract Water/Sewage and set up drying equipment
• Perform demolition and mitigation work
• Monitor drying progress and document job conditions
• Work in attics, crawlspaces, and other confined areas as needed
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and professional work environment.

• Must be comfortable to work in tight or confined spaces, including crawlspaces
• Must be able to lift 40+ lbs on a regular basis
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work everyday
• Must be able to pass a background check/drug screening
• Must be able to read, write and speak English
• Must have dependable, motivated and have strong work ethic
• Must be available to work a week-long rotating on-call schedule including after hours and weekend emergency calls
