Plumbing Manager

Scottsdale Air is seeking an experienced Plumbing Manager to lead our Facilities & Maintenance plumbing operations in the construction environment. This role oversees a team of plumbers, manages scheduling, workflow, and quality control for installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems in commercial and residential facilities. The Plumbing Manager will estimate jobs, manage budgets, coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, ensure compliance with codes and safety standards, maintain inventory, and drive training and development for technicians while delivering excellent customer service and timely project completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise plumbing technicians in daily operations
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance work
• Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes, safety, and quality standards
• Estimate jobs, prepare scopes of work, and assist with bids and proposals
• Manage project budgets, labor hours, and material costs
• Coordinate with construction project managers, GC's, and subcontractors
• Oversee procurement and inventory of plumbing tools, parts, and materials
• Train, mentor, and evaluate plumbing staff performance
• Respond to escalated customer or facilities issues and resolve promptly
• Maintain accurate work orders, documentation, and compliance records
