Senior Java Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Java Developer to lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise‑grade applications built using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and modern microservices architecture. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of hands‑on development experience and has strong capabilities in building RESTful APIs, integrating with databases and third‑party systems, and optimizing performance for scalable solutions. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently with clients, and proficiency with tools such as Kafka, CI/CD pipelines, and modern front‑end frameworks.

As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for end‑to‑end development of microservices‑based applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud
, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability across all components. You will design and implement RESTful APIs, define business logic, manage database interactions, and build system integrations with external services.

You will also contribute to application performance tuning, support the development of responsive user interfaces with modern front‑end frameworks, and apply best practices within CI/CD pipelines. Strong knowledge of Kafka

• Design, develop, and enhance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
• Support Payments Platform applications and contribute to both development and L3 production support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and analyze impacts of fixes, enhancements, and infrastructure changes.
• Collaborate with vendors, IT infrastructure teams, and business partners to resolve audit findings and security vulnerabilities.
• Support UAT efforts, assist with environment setup, and document technical issues as needed.
• Document system components, including data flows, process flows, and infrastructure diagrams.
• Manage artifact repositories and coordinate digital certificate renewals across environments.
• Set technical direction, communicate design goals, and influence architectural decisions.
• Drive CI/CD best practices, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor team members and contribute to innovation through exploration of new technologies.
