The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sales, Service and Experience cloud. The role requires strong capabilities in custom development, integration, automation, and platform governance, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service and Experience clouds
• Strong in interpreting business requirement and documenting it for writing strong technical stories
• Developed Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Aura components, and custom CSS
• Implement synchronous and asynchronous processes including Batch, Queueable, and Scheduled jobs
• Design and maintain Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules for business process automation
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Mule Soft
• Apply platform security standards, enforce governance limits, and ensure adherence to best practices for data, code, and integration security
• Participate in code reviews, solution design sessions, and troubleshooting complex integration scenarios
• Optimize Salesforce performance and maintain scalability while ensuring compliance with Salesforce limits and security standards

• 4–6 years of Salesforce development experience across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Experience)
• 2+ year development experience in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, and CSS
• Hands‑on experience with Mule Soft integrations, external APIs, and synchronous/asynchronous processes
• Expertise in Flows, platform automation, batch processing, queueable jobs, and scheduled jobs
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security, governance limits, and platform best practices
• Experience in implementing secure, scalable, and maintainable Salesforce solutions

• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) – Required
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) – Required
