Senior Service Now Developer (Integration Experience Mandatory)

We are seeking a Senior Service Now Developer with strong integration experience to design, develop, and implement scalable Service Now solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Service Now development, ITSM modules, integrations, and platform best practices while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan sprint activities, allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical walkthroughs to maintain development standards.
• Own technical deliverables and provide guidance to team members.
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, MID Server, and third-party applications.
• Design, develop, and customize Service Now ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
• Ensure adherence to Service Now development standards, security practices, and platform scalability.
• Work with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and iPaaS technologies integrated with Service Now.
• Collaborate with Service Now Support teams to troubleshoot issues and provide technical solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience as a Service Now Developer with integration expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Service Now platform development and customization.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
• Strong knowledge of Service Now ITSM modules.
• Experience with ESB and iPaaS integration technologies.
• Ability to lead technical discussions, perform reviews, and mentor team members.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
