BRIXCEL, INC requires multiple Programmer Analysts who can work with business users to identify complex problems, develop and document requirements, analyze existing programs or formulate logic for new systems, devise logical procedures, prepare flowcharts and detailed specifications, and perform coding. They perform a variety of testing procedures on assigned products, analyze test results, correct problems, develop conversion and system implementation plans, prepare and obtain approval of system and programming documentation such as user manuals, product specifications and training materials, recommend changes in development, maintenance and system standards, train users in conversion and implementation of systems, prepare reports on analyses, findings and project progress and present results to management and/or customer personnel.

They may participate in the preparation of technical proposals, perform research on emerging technologies to determine impact on application execution, provide technical advice or consultation on difficult programming applications, and provide guidance to less experienced Programmer Analysts. They use C# .NET, Visual Studio 2012/2010, XML, HTML, ASP.NET, , WCF, Oracle 11g, SQL Server 2008, Java, JSP, Servlets, EJB, Eclipse, Oracle 11g.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education with 4–5 years relevant experience or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education with 4–5 years relevant experience.

The Senior Application Developer position is responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and growing applications developed by Bri Xcel, Inc. Qualified candidates should have experience working with C, C++, Java, SQL, PL/SQL, ABAP, C#.Net on the latest Windows, UNIX and Linux operating systems. In addition to a strong technical background, the ideal candidate should show the ability to think critically, gather information and problem solve in a team environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Mathematics or related degree with relevant work experience.
• Professional Software Development & programming experience in C, C++, Java, C#.Net, SQL, PL / SQL
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms and computer science concepts relative to the platform.
• Mastery of relevant development languages, tools, frameworks, utilities and technical dependencies.
• Understanding of implications from design and implementation choices toward building secure, scalable, durable, flexible, accessible solutions.
• Leads in the planning, estimating, development, testing and implementation of initiatives to meet the functional and non‑functional requirements of the application.
