Senior SAP Commerce Cloud Developer

We are seeking a Senior SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Developer to join a global technology team supporting enterprise-level B2B eCommerce solutions. This position will be responsible for hands‑on development, technical solutioning, integrations, performance optimization, and technical leadership across SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP CPQ environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), SAP CPQ, Java/Spring, B2B eCommerce, and enterprise integrations
, along with the ability to work closely with Product Owners, Business Solution Architects, developers, and business stakeholders.

This is a 100% onsite position in Richardson, TX, Monday through Friday.

• Develop, enhance, optimize, and refactor applications within SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris).
• Design and deliver end‑to‑end solutions using SAP Commerce Cloud and SAP CPQ
  .
• Develop integrations between SAP Commerce, SAP ECC, CRM platforms such as Salesforce, and external web services.
• Participate in technical architecture and enterprise‑level design reviews.
• Lead technical code reviews and ensure development standards and requirements are met.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, including memory leaks, thread dumps, and backend performance issues.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, integration guides, and API documentation.
• Manage and contribute to release cycles, including change documentation, approvals, and deployments.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure Dev Ops and support automated testing frameworks.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Solution Architects, Product Managers, Designers, and other technical teams.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to backend developers on Java, Spring, and Hybris development best practices

• Stay current with emerging technologies and identify opportunities to improve the digital ecosystem.
• Explore and implement AI‑assisted development practices using Claude AI or similar tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve development efficiency and governance.

• 8+ years of relevant software development experience and a Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of hands‑on SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP CPQ
  , preferably 2+ years.
• Strong understanding of B2B eCommerce sales processes and concepts.
• Experience with Configure‑to‑Order (CTO) and/or Engineer‑to‑Order (ETO) processes.
• Deep experience with the Spring Framework
  , including Spring Core, MVC, Security, and Integration.
• Experience with OCC (Omni Commerce Connect) APIs
  .
• Experience with headless architecture using Spartacus/SAP Composable Storefront or ReactJS.
• Experience solutioning complex, mid‑to‑large‑scale B2B SAP Commerce implementations
  .
• Experience working in highly agile development environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Must be willing and able to work 100% onsite in Richardson, TX, Monday through Friday

• Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud CCv2 migration projects
  .
• Full‑stack development experience with ReactJS
  .
• Experience integrating SAP Commerce with SAP ECC, Salesforce/CRM, and external web services
  .
• Experience with Azure Dev Ops and CI/CD
  .
• Experience with AI‑assisted application development using Claude AI or similar technologies
  .
• Experience creating custom AI skills/automation to streamline repetitive development tasks.
• Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring other developers.
