Technical Architect

We are looking for a Technical Architect to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor engineers while collaborating with product, architecture, QA, Dev Ops, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of complex applications and services.
• Define architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across the development lifecycle.
• Review code and ensure quality, scalability, security, and performance.
• Break down complex requirements into technical solutions and development tasks.
• Mentor and guide developers and conduct technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, QA, Dev Ops, and other stakeholders.
• Participate in estimation, sprint planning, technical discussions, and solution reviews.
• Troubleshoot critical production issues and drive root-cause analysis.
• Support CI/CD, cloud adoption, automation, monitoring, and engineering excellence initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend appropriate solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software development experience, with recent experience as a Java Architect.
• Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/No
  
  SQL databases, Kafka, and enterprise integrations.
• Strong experience with Git, CI/CD, and Dev Ops practices.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor engineers, and drive architecture decisions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, engineering or related.
