Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Salary: $16–$18/hr, depending on experience.

Position:
Warehouse and Shipping Associate – Hospitality/Vingcard.

• Log all orders to be received
• Match purchase orders to vendor packing lists
• Stock all inventory
• Generate and print all shipments three times a day
• Pull and ship all orders that print on a daily basis
• Restock inventory locations on a daily basis
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized on a daily basis
• Call freight companies for best rates on heavy packages before shipping
• Project a favorable image of Vingcard Elsafe when interfacing with the outside community
• Assume and perform other duties and responsibilities that are logically and properly inherent to the shipping/receiving department as a whole

• Good written and oral communication skills
• Good computer skills with Fed Ex and UPS knowledge required
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Able to drive a forklift and lift up to 50lbs
• Performs assigned duties accurately and efficiently
• Has positive interaction with clients and company employees
• Daily attendance and punctuality are required for this position
