Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Salary: $16 - $18 per hour, depending on experience.

Warehouse and Shipping Associate – Hospitality/Vingcard.

• Log all orders to be received.
• Match purchase orders to vendor packing lists.
• Stock all inventory.
• Generate and print all shipments three times a day.
• Pull and ship all orders that print on a daily basis.
• Restock inventory locations on a daily basis.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized on a daily basis.
• Call freight companies for best rates on heavy packages before shipping.
• Project a favorable image of Vingcard Elsafe when interfacing with the outside community.
• Assume and perform other duties logically and properly inherent to the shipping/receiving department.

• Detail oriented and organized.
• Must be able to drive a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Perform assigned duties accurately and efficiently.
• Have positive interaction with clients and company employees.
• Maintain daily attendance and punctuality.
