We are looking for full-time and part-time drivers in the Dallas area to pick up and deliver packages to residential and business addresses. You will drive your own vehicle to complete the daily route. Drivers are independent contractors. This position is a Monday through Friday shift with Saturday availability.

Drivers should be energetic, competent, and self-motivated with a good sense of direction and excellent customer service skills. Punctuality, reliability, and delivery experience are required. This role requires use of handheld devices to assist with each delivery and ownership of a working smartphone.

Applicants should be capable of lifting up to fifty pounds without assistance. Prior verifiable work history with Fed Ex, UPS, or other parcel-delivery services is preferred but all applicants will be considered. Route length varies; typical workday is 7–10 hours.

• Pick up and deliver packages to residential and business addresses.
• Use handheld devices to assist with deliveries and document delivery status.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a reliable vehicle; some routes require larger vehicles such as cargo/sprinter, large SUV, or box truck.
• No DUI/DWI within ten years.
• Pass a background verification.
• Must be able to drive Monday–Friday; routes are typically started by 7:00 am and completed by 7:00 pm.
• Able to do pickups between 4:30 pm and 7:00 pm on a weekly rotational basis.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.

This is a contract position.

Pay Range: $400–$1300 per week.
