Demonstration Flight Captain — Operations

What you'll do

• Conduct worldwide demonstration flights showcasing aircraft performance, safety, and cabin experience to prospective customers and stakeholders.
• Provide flight operations expertise and sales support at customer demos, marketing tours, trade shows, and special events.
• Plan and execute domestic and international missions, including route analysis, performance, fuel, and regulatory compliance.
• Uphold the highest safety standards, CRM, and professional airmanship while representing the brand.
• Operate effectively across varying climates, altitudes, and cabin pressurization levels.
• Leverage digital tools (iPad, email, web apps) for flight planning, reporting, and customer communications.

• Valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) and FAA First Class Medical
  .
• Valid FCC Radio Telephone Operator Permit.
• Minimum 3,500 hours total time and 1,500 hours multi‑engine turbine
  .
• Ability to travel unrestricted worldwide with up-to-date immunizations/vaccinations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional, customer-facing presence.
• Computer proficiency including iPad, email, and web-based applications.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfort operating on duty days up to 16 hours and crossing up to 12 time zones.
• Availability for flexible, changing schedules and willingness to deploy for up to 16 days.
• Required: Second type rating on company product and 500 cumulative flying hours on company product.
• Required: Attendance at the Bombardier Safety Standdown.

• CFI/MEI or equivalent instructor experience.
• International flying experience.
• Transport Canada ATPL and Category 1 Medical.
• Type rating on Bombardier Global 3500/6500/7500.
• Previous demonstration pilot experience with Bombardier or a competitor.
• Prior Captain experience on Bombardier product.

• Worldwide operations with rapid changes in itinerary, climate, and regulatory environments.
• Sales-aligned flying including customer demos, ferry flights, and special events.
• Emphasis on safety, professionalism, and brand representation at all times.

• FAA ATP (required);
  Transport Canada ATPL (preferred).
• FAA First Class Medical and FCC Radio Permit (required).
