Responsibilities- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Analyze general ledger activity and income statements
- Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis
- Assist with year-end financial statement reviews and audits
- Support managers with client-facing accounting matters
- Participate in detailed accounting projects and process improvements
- Leverage accounting software, Microsoft Copilot, CoCounsel, and other AI tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain current accounting knowledge and best practices through ongoing training
- Perform other related duties as assigned, including reports, analysis, and review processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field (
required
) - CPA exam candidate or actively pursuing CPA (
strongly preferred
) - 3+ years of accounting experience (
public accounting preferred
) - Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Experience with Accounting CS, Quick Books, or similar accounting software
- Comfortable using technology, automation, and AI tools
- Bilingual in Spanish or Chinese (
preferred
) - Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in writing
- Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States
