Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 base salary

A global organization operating in over 100 countries with more than 1,700 employees is seeking a high-performing Accounting Manager focused on Technical Accounting. With aggressive growth plans, a history of rapid expansion, and consistent M&A activity, this is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking company during an exciting time of transformation.

This is not your typical GL-focused accounting manager role. Instead, it offers a chance to lead technical accounting efforts, support strategic decision-making, and collaborate across departments on high-impact initiatives.

Why This Company Stands Out

  • Global footprint with operations across 100 countries

  • 14 weeks of 100 percent fully paid family leave

  • Strong 401K program with employer match

  • Generous tuition and professional development reimbursement

  • Thirteen paid holidays, two volunteer days, and an unlimited vacation policy

  • Founded in the 1980s with exponential growth—revenue has tripled in the past seven years

  • High-volume M&A activity and organizational innovation

What You Will Do

  • Prepare US GAAP financial statements including the balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows

  • Support month-end close activities related to financial reporting

  • Conduct technical accounting research and apply updates such as ASC 606 and ASC 842

  • Assist in implementing new accounting standards and changes across the organization

  • Support M&A efforts including accounting treatment of acquisitions and other complex transactions

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accounting compliance and drive process improvements

  • Handle special projects and ad hoc reporting requests from leadership

  • Review reconciliations but will not be responsible for preparing journal entries

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required

  • At least five years of experience in audit, SEC reporting, or technical accounting

  • Deep understanding of ASC 606, ASC 842, and other recent accounting standard updates

  • CPA or MBA preferred

  • IFRS experience is a plus

  • Background in public accounting (Big 4 or Top 20 firm) or a blend of public and private industry experience

  • Proficient in Net Suite, Excel, and other major ERP systems

This is a strategic and visible opportunity for an accounting professional who thrives in a dynamic, global environment and is passionate about technical accounting and organizational impact.
