Morrie’s Auto Group in Richfield, MN is seeking an Accounting Assistant to handle inventory accounting and dealer trades. You will assign stock numbers to incoming vehicles and load them into the dealership's DMS, process dealer trade paperwork, and ensure payment receipts from other dealers.
You will monitor invoices for floorplan adjustments, file invoices, MSOs and titles, assist with floorplan audits, and help ensure compliance with state and federal laws related to MSOs and titles.
