• Proficiency with diagnostic equipment, service software, and technical manuals for troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow repair procedures, and commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Effective communication skills for working with service advisors and team members, and for documenting repairs clearly.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move automotive parts, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks in a shop environment.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing Audi training and certifications to advance technical expertise and career growth.
