What You’ll Do:
Greet every customer with professionalism, hospitality, and respect.
Clearly present repair solutions in a way that’s easy for customers to understand.
Manage store workflow and repair processes effectively and efficiently.
Consistently sell services with integrity, transparency, and honesty.
Communicate with customers by phone and in person in a clear, professional manner.
Build and maintain long-term relationships between the customer, the team, and the store.
Ensure digital vehicle inspections are provided for all customers.
Support the team, assist employees, and keep a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
Oversee repair quality and ensure all work meets specifications.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of service advisor or automotive customer service experience (preferred).Strong sales and customer service skills with a solutions-first mindset.
Tire knowledge a plus.
Proficiency in Windows-based computer systems and shop applications.
Acceptable driving record for insurance coverage.
Dependable, reliable, and team oriented.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and be on your feet most of the workday.
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Maintain a steady work pace in a high-volume environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $52,000 – $90,000+ per year (base + incentives)401(k) with company match
