MHS is hiring married couples to become flex houseparents. Flex houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, guiding and nurturing a group of approximately 8-12 students. They provide a family-like environment and handle responsibilities such as driving, administering medication, budgeting, and reporting. Initially, flex houseparents may cover different student homes before being assigned to one specific home.

• Salary of $43,825 per person (a total compensation package of approximately $165,000 per couple, including free housing, meals while on duty, utilities, and more)

Qualifications:

• Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served backgrounds
• Legally married couples for at least two years
• Both spouses should be age 27 or older
• Maximum of three dependent children residing in the student home
