The Richfield Public School District is now accepting applications for a full‑time Bilingual (Spanish) Family Outreach Worker at Central Education Center. This position requires a person who has excellent communication skills (oral and written) and is able to develop strong relationships with our Latino families. This role will serve as an active liaison between families and the assigned school site in helping to develop and sustain a trusting and supportive relationship that will benefit students, their families, and the District.

- High School or GED equivalent
- Experience in a school setting or equivalent work experience
- Must be fluent in Spanish – both written and oral.
- 2 years of college degree preferred.
$28.00 – $28.75 (Based on education and experience)
