The Richfield Public School District is currently accepting applications for a part-time Community Education Program Assistant - Kid Zone at Centennial Elementary for the school year. The program assistant plays a vital role in after‑school programming for elementary‑age students. Under the guidance of the Site Leader, this position is responsible for leading a designated group of students, implementing enrichment and recreational activities, and fostering a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment.
The program assistant builds strong relationships, maintains effective group management, and supports each child's social, emotional, and developmental growth.

Preferred Qualifications- High School diploma or GED (Must be at least 16 years of age)
- Experience working in a K‑12 or similar environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Approximately 2:15 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., Monday‑Friday.
Pay Rate$18.50 – $20.00 per hour.
