Foss Swim School in Richfield, MN is seeking a Swim Teacher to mentor students and help families build confidence around water. You’ll teach 1–4 swimmers per class, create a safe, engaging learning environment, and celebrate progress with families.
This part-time, year-round role offers a schedule with roughly 12 hours per week across 3 shifts, weekday evenings, and weekends. Base pay starts at $19.50/hour with paid training, performance bonuses, and growth opportunities.
