Wealth Management Client Service Associate

An established independent wealth-management firm is seeking a Wealth Management Client Service Associate to support its Advisors and provide responsive, high-quality service to clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early wealth-management, brokerage, banking, or financial-services experience who wants to build a long-term career in private wealth management.
What You’ll Be Doing- Support Advisors with daily client-service and account needs.
- Assist with opening and maintaining brokerage, advisory, retirement, and trust accounts.
- Process transfers, distributions, money movement, beneficiary changes, and related documentation.
- Prepare client-meeting materials, reports, and follow-up items.
- Coordinate with internal teams and custodial partners to resolve client requests.
- Maintain accurate client information and track service items through completion.
- Prior wealth-management, brokerage, banking, financial-services, or Advisor-support experience.
- Strong client-service and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to manage multiple requests while protecting client confidentiality.
- Interest in developing deeper investment and wealth-management knowledge.
- Ability to work onsite in the Minneapolis–Bloomington area.
- Experience with brokerage or advisory accounts.
- Exposure to account opening, transfers, or money movement.
- Securities licenses or interest in completing licensing.
