We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Dietary Manager to join our team.

As a Dietary Manager, you will oversee our dietary department, ensuring compliance with nutritional and safety standards, and providing high-quality meals that enhance the well‑being of our residents.

• Supervise dietary staff and oversee daily kitchen operations
• Plan, prepare, and monitor menus in accordance with physician orders and resident preferences
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards
• Monitor food inventory, order supplies, and control costs
• Train, schedule, and evaluate dietary staff
• Collaborate with nursing and administration on resident nutrition needs
• Conduct meal service inspections to ensure quality and presentation standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and reports as required
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Administrator

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Dietary Manager (CDM) preferred
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in food service, preferably in healthcare
• Knowledge of dietary regulations and safe food handling
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to manage a team and maintain a positive kitchen environment
