Are you an operations expert with a knack for detail and a commitment to service? United Bankers’ Bank is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to support our online banking systems and image‑exchange networks. In this role, you will manage data entry, process reconciliations, and provide essential troubleshooting for our clients. The position requires availability for rotating shifts: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. On‑site at the Richfield office; work‑from‑home may be available on a rotating basis after initial training.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Perform UNET.web/UNETexchange processing, research, reconciliation (ACH/LDRIN/Check Adjustments/Cash Letters) and prepare entries to DDA accounts as needed.
  • Upload and verify file transfers to and from various sources.
  • Assist customers with product utilization.
  • Answer incoming calls and/or requests. Troubleshoot, solve problems and provide resolutions to customers or other team members within the contracted scope of support for each client.
  • Handle respondent institution DDA account inquiries. Investigate questions regarding account postings & procedures.
  • Assist with fingerprint & security administration.
  • Provide support to staff and members on special projects.
Qualifications
  • AAP & NCP certification preferred.
  • Associate’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of bank operations/reconciliation experience, gaining a solid background in the overall functions of an operations department, including payment operations, returned and proof items.
  • Excellent customer service experience with a minimum of 3 years working with customer relations.
  • Experience with imaging systems and printing IRDs.
  • MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and other Windows software applications.

Pay Range
  • $24.81 – $29.78 hourly, depending on education, qualifications, experience.
  • Annual bonus target: 5% of annual pay, dependent on company and personal performance.
