Operations Support Specialist, IT​/Tech

United Bankers’ Bank is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to support our online banking systems and image‑exchange networks. The position requires availability for rotating shifts: 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. On‑site at the Richfield office; work‑from‑home may be available on a rotating basis after initial training.

• Perform UNET.web/UNETexchange processing, research, reconciliation (ACH/LDRIN/Check Adjustments/Cash Letters) and prepare entries to DDA accounts as needed.
• Upload and verify file transfers to and from various sources.
• Assist customers with product utilization.
• Answer incoming calls and/or requests. Troubleshoot, solve problems and provide resolutions to customers or other team members within the contracted scope of support for each client.
• Handle respondent institution DDA account inquiries. Investigate questions regarding account postings & procedures.
• Assist with fingerprint & security administration.
• Provide support to staff and members on special projects.

• AAP & NCP certification preferred.
• Associate’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of bank operations/reconciliation experience, gaining a solid background in the overall functions of an operations department, including payment operations, returned and proof items.
• Excellent customer service experience with a minimum of 3 years working with customer relations.
• Experience with imaging systems and printing IRDs.
• MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and other Windows software applications.

• $24.81 – $29.78 hourly, depending on education, qualifications, experience.
• Annual bonus target: 5% of annual pay, dependent on company and personal performance.
