**** Vanliner is looking for a Claims Operations Associate to join their team. This individual will work a hybrid schedule out of the Richfield, OH office
**** Vanliner’s culture is built on connection, shared learning, and strong relationships. To support this, employees in this role are expected to be on-site four days a week, with the flexibility to work one day remotely. Core in‑office days are Tuesday–Thursday, with the fourth day determined by business needs.
**** Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
*** Processes and organizes claim file information for basic claims for one or more lines.
* Handles moderately complex claims including claims with coverage questions or recovery potential.
* Assists in identifying opportunities to streamline claims procedures, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
* Performs other duties as assigned.

* Education:

** High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)###

* Experience:

** Generally, a minimum of 3 years of experience in claim operations or customer service.###

Qualifications:

** Develops knowledge of local, state, and federal insurance-related policies. Effective analytical and organizational abilities with a focus on prioritization. Working knowledge of claim data processing systems. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
