This is a Full‑time role for a Field Technician working in Richfield, MN and surrounding cities. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for performing thorough cleaning services at client locations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. Additionally, you will interact with clients to address any specific cleaning needs and maintain quality service. Daily responsibilities include cleaning, maintaining equipment, following safety protocols, documenting completed work, and providing excellent customer care.

• Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and problem‑solving skills
• Effective communication skills and the ability to provide friendly and professional customer service
• Familiarity with cleaning tools, products, and techniques; ability to operate and maintain equipment
• Reliable time management and organizational skills to meet schedules and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative
• Physical capability to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate weights, and stay active throughout the workday
• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is a plus but not required
• Driver's license
