Specialist Off Field Operations

As a Specialist – Off Field Operations, you will support critical processes and ensure the store is consistently athlete-ready.

• Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes, understanding their needs, and providing knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Anticipate athlete needs and actively drive sales through product and service recommendations.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject‑matter expert, focusing on best practices, sales skills, and key operational processes.
• Serve as a go‑to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete‑first mindset; ensure products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged.
• Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, etc.
• Promote and drive customer participation in company programs (customer loyalty, warranty sales, private‑label credit card enrollment, etc.).
• Create a welcoming store environment for teammates and athletes, treating everyone with respect.
• Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, SOPs, and external governing entities’ laws/guidelines.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of experience (previous retail or customer‑facing experience preferred).

Targeted Pay Range: $15.50 - $23.50 per hour.
