Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions, assist with gaming needs, inform of promotions, and thank guests;
Support the store's visual and operational environment and current sales initiatives to build guest relationships and repeat business;
Promote Omni-Channel orders fulfillment and shipping daily; ensure accuracy in POS transactions;
Assist the Store Manager with training, onboarding, and policy adherence for store associates; monitor performance and provide feedback;
Supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders in the Store Manager's absence; ensure proper scheduling and payroll processing
