** What You’ll Do
*** Perform
** diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance
** on school buses
* Complete
** preventive maintenance inspections
** to keep our fleet safe and road-ready
* Troubleshoot
** mechanical, electrical, and diesel systems
*** Ensure all repairs meet
** DOT and safety standards
*** Work
** independently
* * while staying connected with the team

**** What You Bring
*** Experience working on
** medium-duty diesel vehicles or buses
*** Ability to
** work independently and stay organized
*** Strong commitment to
** safety and quality work
*** Valid driver’s license
* ** CDL preferred** (or willingness to obtain)
** Bonus Points
*** Experience with
** Ford, GM, or fleet vehicles**
* ** ASE certifications
*** Previous
** school bus or transit fleet experience
**** ASE Certification Bonus Program
*** Beacon Mobility offers a
** paid ASE Certification Program
** with quarterly bonuses.
* Earn **$35–$100 per quarter per certification**, with total potential earnings up to **$7,820 per year**.
* We
** cover ASE test and registration fees
** after test-prep completion.
* Bonuses are paid automatically and included in regular paychecks.
* Additional **$1,000 Blue Seal bonus
** available at qualifying locations.
