Pathways to Community (PTC) is seeking an Assistant Site Supervisor with supervision experience and a strong desire to lead and serve with compassion and enthusiasm. Join our high energy and collaborative team and make a difference every day.
Responsibilities- Support individuals with daily needs including personal cares
- Schedule and plan meals and activities
- Schedule and accompany clients to medical appointments
- Administer medications
- Cook and perform housework
- Maintain house safety
- Provide constant supervision
- Transportation to appointments and community events
- Coach and mentor staff
- Maintain proper documentation and logs of all consumer-based activities, medications, and other items in compliance with PTC and other guidelines, policies, and regulations
Assistant Site Supervisor
Schedule:
Direct Care:
Wednesday 9:30am-2:00pm, Thursday, Friday 2:00pm-9:30pm, Saturday 8:00am-8:00pm
Admin Time: 2-6 hours per week
(40 hours per week)
Compensation: $23 per hour
Note:
This position requires you to be accessible by phone Sunday 8:00am-Wednesday 10:00pm and be available to cover shifts from Sunday 8:00am-Wednesday 10:00pm as needed.
- Carry a valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and have daily access to a reliable vehicle
- Hold an acceptable driving record
- Possess strong English communication skills
- Have the ability to cover shifts beyond your own as necessary
- Be able to participate in water activities (pool, waterslides, hot tub, etc.)
- Be able to pass a DHS and nationwide criminal background check
- Have previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
