We seek a Lead Youth Counselor to support youth in crisis settings, implementing interventions from their therapeutic support plan and actively engaging in daily activities.
You will lead shifts, mentor staff, and help run the home culture with trauma-informed approaches while overseeing program responsibilities and safety.
