Full Stack Developer – Ruby on Rails
Location:
Richfield, MN (Hybrid – 2 days/Week)
Duration: 12 months contract
Employment Type:
W2 Only
We are looking for a Software Engineer to help plan and execute major platform features and capabilities. In this role you will be responsible for planning and executing coarse grained features and capabilities. A strong candidate will be skilled at breaking down large problems and defining acceptance criteria for work and will require minimal oversight or direction.
Basic Qualifications- 8+ years relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree OR equivalent relevant professional experience
- 7+ years of application development experience
- 4+ years of full stack application development experience
- 8+ years of experience with Ruby or another object‑oriented programming language
- 4+ years of experience with Github Actions
- Experience with Cloud Infrastructure or Platform Operations
- Experience with AWS Administration
- Experience using AI tools such as Copilot for software development
