We provide compassionate assistance to elderly and disabled people in their homes. Caregivers assist clients with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, cleaning, running errands, and companionship.

As a Full Time CNA Supervisor at Hometown Personal Care Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional care for our clients. Your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining the caregiver schedule to optimize team efficiency, verifying daily shifts and charting for accuracy, and conducting supervisory visits to support your team in their roles. You'll also facilitate caregiver training to enhance skills and ensure high standards of care.

In addition to these tasks, you will cover shifts when needed and periodically answer phone inquiries, allowing you to stay connected with both caregivers and clients.
