Hotel General Manager

Join our team as General Manager of the 63-room Comfort Inn Richfield, managed by Structure Hospitality. You will take full ownership of the hotel’s performance, team, and daily operations. You will lead from the front, set clear expectations, and build a culture focused on accountability, consistency, and strong service. You will manage the property with a hands‑on approach, driving revenue, controlling costs, and maintaining brand standards.

You will develop your team, improve performance, and ensure the hotel runs clean, efficient, and well‑organized each day. • Lead all day‑to‑day hotel operations across the front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to performance standards
• Hire, train, and develop team members to build a reliable and engaged staff

• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making ability
• Knowledge of brand standards and day‑to‑day hotel operations
