Production Associate – Kitting & Packaging

Industrial Injection is looking for a dependable Production Associate - Kitting & Packaging to join our Richfield production team. This position helps prepare, package, label, organize, and stage parts and product kits so they are accurate, complete, and ready for production or shipment.

This is a great opportunity for someone reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable working with their hands, and takes pride in doing clean, accurate work. Prior warehouse, production, packaging, or manufacturing experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

• Assemble, package, label, and organize product kits according to work instructions.
• Count, inspect, and verify parts for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare products and materials for production, inventory, or shipment.
• Follow quality standards and report missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Use basic tools, packaging equipment, scanners, labels, or inventory systems as needed.
• Work with team members to meet production and shipping expectations.
• Follow company safety rules, PPE requirements, and work procedures.

• Reliable attendance and ability to report to work on time.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Comfortable counting, sorting, labeling, organizing, and inspecting parts.
• Willingness to learn production and packaging processes.
• Ability to work well with supervisors and team members.
• Previous warehouse, packaging, production, manufacturing, inventory, or assembly experience is helpful, but not required.

This position works in a production/warehouse environment. The job may require standing for extended periods, walking, bending, reaching, handling parts and materials, and lifting or moving items as needed. Employees are expected to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
