Industrial Injection is looking for a dependable CNC Machine Operator to join our Richfield production team. This position will support CNC machining operations by helping run machines, prepare parts, follow work instructions, check quality, and assist with day-to-day production needs.
This is a good opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to build skills in CNC machining and manufacturing. Prior CNC or machining experience is helpful, but we are open to training the right person who has strong reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do- Operate or assist with CNC machines and related production equipment.
- Load, unload, handle, and inspect parts during the production process.
- Follow work instructions, production schedules, and quality requirements.
- Use basic measuring tools, gauges, inspection sheets, or work orders to check parts.
- Help maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Keep machines, tools, and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Work closely with experienced operators and supervisors to learn proper processes.
- Follow all company safety rules, PPE requirements, and shop procedures.
- Reliable attendance and ability to report to work on time.
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in hands‑on technical work.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn CNC machining processes and production standards.
- Ability to work safely in a manufacturing/production environment.
- Previous CNC, machining, manufacturing, production, assembly, fabrication, mechanical, automotive, diesel, or trade school experience is helpful, but not required.
The following experience is not required, but would be helpful:
- CNC machine operation
- Manual mill or lathe operation
- Machine shop or machining environment
- Manufacturing or production work
- Assembly or fabrication work
- Mechanical repair or maintenance
- Automotive, diesel, powersports, or equipment repair
- Use of calipers, micrometers, gauges, or measuring tools
- Reading work orders, blueprints, inspection sheets, or written instructions
- Trade school, technical school, or related training
This position works in a manufacturing/production environment. The job may require standing for extended periods, using tools or equipment, handling parts and materials, lifting or moving items as needed, and performing detailed hand‑on production work. Employees are expected to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
