• Design custom industrial thermal systems and environmental equipment using 2D AutoCAD
• Create detailed fabrication layouts, structural assembly schematics, and precise Bills of Materials (BOMs)
• Collaborate with shop floor supervisors and machinists to ensure engineering specs align with production capabilities
• Develop 3D models or renderings to support customer design reviews and project constraints
• Manage design scopes across product lines, verifying structural, thermal, and performance criteria
• Review and enhance legacy drawings to optimize material yields and reduce manufacturing times

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or related four-year field
• 3+ years of precise drafting experience using 2D AutoCAD in a manufacturing setting
• Mechanical design exposure working with heavy equipment, HVAC, ductwork, piping, heat transfer, or fluid dynamics
