Set up, operate, and maintain CNC floor bar machining centers according to work instructions and quality standards;
Program and modify toolpaths using CAM software;
Verify tooling, establish work offsets, and ensure program accuracy prior to production;
Monitor machining operations and make adjustments to optimize speeds, feeds, depths of cut, and overall performance;
Inspect finished work using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications and tolerances
