We are seeking an experienced Process Technician to join our team in Richfield, Wisconsin. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity responsible for injection molding machine setup and start-up, robot program loading, process optimization, troubleshooting, and support of validation and continuous improvement activities.

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $40.00 / hour

Duties:

+ Set up molds and start production jobs on injection molding presses.

+ Load and verify robot programs.

+ Monitor and troubleshoot production processes.

+ Conduct Scientific Molding studies and support process improvements.

+ Perform FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, and PQ validation activities.

+ Create setup instructions for new molds.

+ Follow GMP, GDP, quality, and safety requirements.

+ Partner with Process Engineers and Tooling teams to improve performance.

Position Requirements :

+ 5-7 years of plastics injection molding experience.

+ Forklift and Lockout/Tagout certification.

+ Basic hydraulic, electrical, and troubleshooting skills.

+ Ability to program a core sequence on a tool.

+

Experience with Scientific Molding, validation activities, and instrumented tooling (RJG/Kistler) preferred.

+ IMM robot programming experience preferred.

+ Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule.

Requirements:
Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old.

Able to Lift 50 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $30.00 - $40.00 per hour.  This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
