Toolmaker

Strohwig Industries Inc, a precision manufacturer in Richfield, WI, is seeking a Toolmaker III to build, repair, and maintain complex tooling for large CNC machining and fabrication. In this senior, hands-on role, you will interpret detailed blueprints and CAD models, machine and fit components to tight tolerances, and ensure tools and fixtures support high-precision production for energy, aerospace, and heavy equipment customers.

You'll troubleshoot tooling issues, support continuous improvement, and mentor junior team members in a family-founded, safety-focused, team-oriented environment where craftsmanship and problem-solving are highly valued.
