• Coordinate plant operations, including fabrication, scheduling, procurement, and logistics to ensure optimal delivery performance.
• Promote a Lean culture by mentoring staff, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining 5S practices.
• Collaborate with production management to optimize workflows, allocate resources efficiently, and facilitate communication between departments.
• Lead cost-reduction efforts through analysis, vendor partnerships, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Define performance metrics, evaluate equipment investments, and implement best practices to enhance plant operations.

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Plant Manager or Operations Director in industrial fabrication settings.
