Director of Plant Operations – Lean Manufacturing & Strategic Growth

Qualification Requirements:
Minimum of 8 Years in Progressive Management of Plant Operations / Industrial Facilities

Core Competencies:

Expertise in Lean Manufacturing (Continuous Improvement, 5S, Kaizen), Master Scheduling for Production, & Managing Complex Supply Chains

Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in Heavy Industrial Fabrication (Welding Processes, Capital Machinery, Structural Assembly)

Working Hours:

Full-Time Position with W-2 Benefits (Required On-Site Presence)

  • Collaborate with production management to optimize workflows, allocate resources efficiently, and facilitate communication between departments.
  • Lead cost-reduction efforts through analysis, vendor partnerships, and waste reduction initiatives.
  • Define performance metrics, evaluate equipment investments, and implement best practices to enhance plant operations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a Plant Manager or Operations Director in industrial fabrication settings.
  • Expertise in supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, and inventory control.
  • Proven track record of implementing Lean methodologies for efficiency improvements.
