Lead daily workflow across the surface prep and paint booths, prioritizing job tickets and assigning daily tasks to crew members.
  • Execute surface prep & spray application:
Operate pneumatic tools, grinders, sanders, and liquid spray guns to clean, prep, and coat heavy industrial fabrications.
  • Verify dimensional & coating quality:
Perform continuous quality checks using physical tape measures and film thickness gauges to ensure strict compliance with engineering prints.
  • Train & mentor crew:
Cross-train team members on advanced spray techniques, fluid regulator calibration, spray gun maintenance, and shop safety protocols.
  • Partner with plant management:
Coordinate directly with production supervisors and assembly leads to keep paint schedules aligned with final shipping deadlines.
  • Maintain equipment & booths:
Oversee routine cleaning and preventive maintenance for spray guns, fluid lines, pressure pots, and ventilation booth filters.

Proven track record of job stability, team accountability, and daily attendance reliability.
  • Location & citizenship: US Citizen or Green Card holder residing within a comfortable ~45-minute daily commute of Richfield, WI.
